1. Payment Terms

• Prepaid Requirement: All services, consultations, courses, and digital products are strictly 100% prepaid. No work or access will begin until full payment is received.
• One-Time Payment Services and Products:
  • Email Environment Setup
  • Paid Consultancy Sessions
  • Online Courses
  • Most Digital Products
• Monthly Payment – Cold Email Outreach & Selected Digital Products:
  • Cold Email Outreach and some digital products are offered on a monthly billing cycle.
  • Work or access begins only after payment is received.
  • The billing cycle starts from the exact date payment is made.
• Payment Deadline: If payment is not made within 5 days of the invoice being issued, all work and/or access will be paused or terminated until payment is completed.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the services and products provided, no refunds will be issued for any of the following:

• Cold Email Outreach
• Email Environment Setup
• Paid Consultancy Sessions
• Online Courses
• Digital Products (whether one-time or subscription-based)

3. Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in the event of a duplicate or accidental payment, which must be reported within 3 days of the transaction. No other exceptions will be made.
