I am a WordPress developer and digital marketer. I specialize in creating high-converting websites, lead generation, and email marketing strategies. As the founder of Web Makeer, I provide services like Web Design & Development, WordPress optimization and white-label development for agencies.
In addition to my client work, I’m also a mentor, offering courses and guiding students in web development, marketing, and business growth. I’ve had the pleasure of helping businesses thrive online and supporting students in their professional journeys.
2018
Had an Idea & Plan


2019
Started Learning
Between 2018 and 2019, I began learning web design and development by watching YouTube videos. I tried to understand how freelancing works and how I could get started. During that time, I started learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a bit of WordPress.


2020
Learning &
Implementing
In 2020, I realized that I needed more time to master development. However, I was eager to start earning by learning a skill that could help me make money sooner. So, I started learning Lead Generation at a local IT firm. It took me almost a year to learn it properly, and I was giving it my best effort to start earning as soon as possible.


2021
Started working & Improving
In 2021, I started working and got my first project on Upwork. Gradually, I began receiving more work from the platform. At the same time, I was also getting local projects. Interestingly, many of them came from my mentor, Ranzu Alam Sir, who gave me valuable opportunities. In the beginning, I made a lot of mistakes, but my mentor supported me immensely and helped me improve my skills. Around mid-2021, I also started working on Fiverr and began receiving a noticeable amount of work there. However, by that time, I was no longer getting projects from Upwork.


2022
Founded my First Business
In 2022, I completed my HSC, and at the beginning of the year, I was getting a steady flow of work from Fiverr. I also became the team leader of B2B Lead Master, managing a team of 30 people. During that time, I felt it was the right moment to start my own business. So, at the end of the year, I founded Code Craft BD.
I soon realized that I also needed to learn marketing, so I began studying email marketing through Arif Notes. Around the same time, I enrolled in a one-year diploma program in Full Stack Web Development.
Unfortunately, near the end of the year, someone left a negative review on my Fiverr account, and I also lost my position as the team leader at B2B Lead Master. I was completely broke, with no source of income. Thankfully, I had some savings, which I decided to invest in learning and improving my skills.


2023
Proving Solutions
In 2023, I completed both my email marketing and web development training. I started running email marketing campaigns for myself to get lead generation clients. At first, I failed in every campaign but I didn’t give up. I kept going, and on my seventh campaign, I finally got my first client. From that point on, clients started coming in slowly.
Around the same time, I was also working to get local clients for Code Craft BD, and I managed to secure a few projects. I was gradually recovering from the setbacks I faced in 2022 and early 2023.


2024
Rebranded my Business
In 2024, I continued getting clients through email marketing for my lead generation services, as well as for website design and development through Code Craft BD.
But I started thinking, what if I went beyond what I was already doing? I wondered: What if I offered email marketing as a service to clients too? And what if I scaled Code Craft BD to the international market?
So, I began doing cold email outreach to promote my cold email marketing service and the results were promising. I was not only getting positive responses but also delivering strong results for clients.
At the same time, I was working toward expanding Code Craft BD internationally. However, I realized that having “BD” in the name might not resonate well with a global audience. So, I decided to rebrand the business from Code Craft BD to Web Makeer.


2025
Scaling my Business
Now, in 2025, I’m working as the Head of Cold Email Marketing for two global companies, one based in the UK and the other in Germany. I’ve been consistently delivering outstanding results, helping both companies achieve significant growth through strategic email outreach.
Alongside that, I offer monthly email marketing services to a select number of international clients. Since I manage cold email operations solo, I keep the client list limited to ensure top-tier quality and attention to detail.
On the other hand, I’ve also redesigned and rebranded Web Makeer, giving it a fresh brand identity. Under this brand, I now offer some unique and valuable services including white-label partnerships, monthly website maintenance, and custom web design and development.
As the workload grew, maintaining high-quality output became a priority. So, I began hiring skilled professionals across different fields, and today, Web Makeer is backed by a team of 13 experts.
